THE CHALLENGE
Designing an AI-driven concierge capable of humanizing automated hospitality.
The modern hospitality industry faces a critical staffing shortage while guest expectations for instant, personalized service have never been higher. Moby needed to bridge this gap with an AI concierge that doesn't just answer questions, but genuinely anticipates needs.
Our challenge was creating an interface that feels approachable rather than robotic. We built a platform that allows properties to easily train their AI, monitor conversations in real-time, and ensure every guest interaction feels premium and entirely tailored.
Color palette
The Moby palette invokes Trust and Intelligence. The deep, solid dark hues create a secure back-office feel, while the vibrant electric blue indicates active AI processing.
